Blue Arc is seeking a qualified Systems Engineer for an exciting new program with a US Department of Defense customer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a positive, customer-focused mission.

The Systems Engineer will work with our Army Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground to define future system concepts and system enhancements for an advanced intelligence program. You will be working with subject matter experts, developers, network engineers and other staff to ensure mission success.   • Define future system concepts and system enhancements for our Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate customer.

  • Work closely with customers, senior leadership and stakeholders within programs and other systems engineers to understand customer objectives and requirements.

  • Provide technical and operational assistance in the evaluation of candidate capabilities aligned to planned enhancement efforts.



  • Knowledge of system engineering processes, procedures, and best practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant STEM field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering Management.

  • 3+ years of experience in systems or software design, development, or engineering in a Federal environment.

  • Experience with teams and large-scale development efforts.

  • Experience in developing solutions for military customers.

  • Working knowledge of some or all of the following: data architecture, data dissemination, information security planning.

  • U.S Citizens only – must have ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
